ABA Paraprofessional

Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) | $22-$28/hr | Part-Time | Malden, MA

At Champions ABA, our mission is to empower children and families through compassionate, individualized ABA services. We are seeking a caring and motivated Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support an immediate in-home case in Malden, MA.

As a BT/RBT, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, implementing treatment programs designed by a BCBA. You'll help children develop communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills while providing meaningful support to families.

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

• Work directly with clients in home and community settings

• Collect accurate session data and document client progress

• Use positive, evidence-based teaching strategies

• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors

• Attend trainings and receive ongoing clinical support

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• RBT certification preferred but not required

• Experience working with children is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Ability to learn and implement ABA strategies consistently

• Passion for helping children and families succeed
