What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Director for After-School program! position at Champions, a division of KinderCare Education?
Must have Degree in ECE or CDA. Hours are from 2:30-6:00PM Monday- Friday plus at-home hours. This is a hybrid position. About 25- 30 hours weekly, but closer to 40 hours can be an option upon discussion.
The person we hire must be a very nurturing, soft person and be comfortable working in a Catholic school.

Qualifications for each position are as follows:
The Site Director is responsible for:
- supervision of children and staff
- record keeping
- licensing records and child files
- maintenance of safe and welcoming classroom environment
- building of relationships with the community and school
- recruiting new students to the program
- Applicant must have strong organizational skills
- Minimum of 18 college credit hours in Child Development required/Associates Degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education preferred.
