This individual will travel extensively throughout the United States, conducting detailed site inspections, identifying maintenance and aesthetic deficiencies, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring every location reflects the Champion Xpress brand.

Primary Responsibilities
Facility Appearance
- Conduct scheduled and surprise inspections of Champion Xpress locations nationwide.
- Evaluate overall curb appeal, cleanliness, and customer impressions.
- Ensure each location consistently meets Champion Xpress appearance standards.
- Identify cosmetic repairs before they become major issues.
- Maintain company aesthetic standards for all exterior and customer-facing areas.
Property Standards
Inspect and ensure quality of:
- Building exterior
- Paint and stucco
- Signage
- Landscaping
- Parking lots
- Curbs
- Sidewalks
- Lighting
- Tunnel entrances
- Vacuum areas
- Trash receptacles
- Outdoor furniture
- Decorative rock and mulch
- Irrigation systems
- Fencing
- Gates
- Equipment appearance
- Window cleanliness
- Exterior glass
- Roof appearance (where applicable)
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
