Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of production operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality Safes.
• Manage and optimize manufacturing workflows, incorporating lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee welding processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality specifications, and technical requirements.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies through data analysis, supply chain analytics, and process optimization to reduce waste and increase productivity.
• Supervise plant management activities including staffing, training, safety compliance, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to streamline procurement, inventory management, and logistics for seamless operations.
• Ensure strict quality control measures are followed throughout the manufacturing process to meet industry standards.
• Drive initiatives in assembly line optimization, mechanical troubleshooting, and process standardization to improve overall plant performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on welding or metal fabrication preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment, welding techniques, and process automation.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Familiarity with supply chain management principles and supply chain analytics for operational decision-making.
