This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in San Diego, CA. The Account Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to clients by managing their insurance policies, handling renewals, and addressing questions or claims. Key responsibilities include fostering relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and coordinating with underwriters and other stakeholders to deliver tailored insurance solutions. The Account Manager will also identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to the team’s overall success.
