Job Summary
We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers’ pools, including brushing tile, pool floors/walls, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also be checking the water chemistry and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and communicating all issues and changes to management through the app. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year.
Responsibilities
- Brush pool surface and tile line
- Vacuum (if needed)
- Clean Out Skimmer Basket(s)
- Skim the Pool
- Clean Out Pump Basket (if needed)
- Test Water & Balance Chemistry
- Shock the Pool (if needed)
- Add Algicide
- Backwash Sand/D.E. Filters (as needed)
- Document Repairs through the Skimmer App
- Have Continued Communication with Manager.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience working with pools desired
- Ability to work outside, sometimes in the sun
Salary : $16 - $20
