- Schedule technician visits and manage the daily calendar
- Confirm appointments and follow up with customers
- Support a great customer experience from start to finish

- Are friendly and clear on the phone
- Like keeping things organized and on schedule
- Have experience in scheduling, customer service, or dispatch
- Stay calm when things get busy
Part-Time (30–35 hours/week)
