Harrison Machine & Plastic is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team as General Labor Associates. This is a great opportunity for candidates with some industrial or manufacturing experience who are looking for long-term employment with a well-established company.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the production and fabrication of plastic products
- Load and unload materials throughout the manufacturing process
- Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
- Trim, sand, deburr, and finish plastic components
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Package products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and work instructions
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Some industrial or manufacturing experience is required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
