Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their experience.
- Assist customers with product selections, offering knowledgeable recommendations and product demos when needed.
- Operate payment device accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and manage cash handling procedures responsibly.
- Upsell additional items or promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Keep the work vehicle clean, organized, and well-stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks such as loading, route selections, and customer assistance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication skills with a friendly etiquette for engaging customers over the phone or in person.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and performing math calculations.
- Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling procedures (preferred but not required).
