Travel the country while working on retail store remodel projects. Champion Installs is hiring team members for nationwide store setup, fixture installation, and merchandising projects. Flights, hotels, and transportation are provided.
Our crews install shelving and store fixtures, unload merchandise, and stock products as part of complete store remodels for major national retailers.
Most Projects typically last 3-4 weeks at a time and crews travel nationwide before returning home between assignments.

What You'll Do: As a Fixture Installer/Merchandiser in a construction-based retail environment
- Assemble and install shelving, steel racking, and store fixtures including Lozier and Madix
- Unload trucks and set up merchandise and store equipment.
- Work with blueprints, planograms, and schematics to set up stores correctly.
- Use a pallet jack, ladder, basic tools and hardware to complete installs.
- Work part of a tight-knit crew that delivers Unrivaled Results for our customers.
- Keep a clean, safe work environment while working efficiently.
What We’re looking For:
- Valid Driver’s License (Background check & motor vehicle report required. Any suspended license will result in immediate disqualification)
- REAL ID/Passport - for airtravel
- Reliable transportation & ability to drive a rental vehicle
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Experience in fixture installation, merchandising, store setup, or construction background (preferred but not required!)
- A great attitude and a strong work ethic!

Work Schedule & Availability:
- 8-10 hour shifts - Monday – Friday, with overtime opportunities but not always a guarantee and subject to change.
- Weekends - are generally off, but are subject to change based on project needs.

- On-call position - Availability and flexibility are required.
