- Follows safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Loading, unloading, shipping and receiving materials.
- Stock facility and storage areas and maintain order and cleanliness.
- Transporting materials to different locations inside facility.
- Analyzes production schedule to determine timely transportation of materials and products.
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
- Organizing and securing loads to make sure they are properly stacked.
- Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.
- Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs.
- Ability to read and understand packaging, shipping documents, and safety guidelines.
- Teamwork - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Supports everyone's efforts to succeed.
- Ethics - Works with integrity and ethically; Upholds organizational values.
- Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Initiative - Asks for and offers help when needed.
- High school education or GED; or up to six-months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior Fork Lift experience
