We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. These vital roles involve delivering exceptional patient care in home and assisted living settings, supporting clients with daily activities, and ensuring their safety and comfort. - Provide attentive patient observation, monitoring vital signs, and recognizing changes in condition to ensure safety.
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols while maintaining detailed medical documentation.
- Support clients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, memory care, and other cognitive impairments through specialized caregiving techniques.
- Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts, catheters, and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems for documentation purposes.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and assist with meal planning and cooking as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the client’s environment by assisting with laundry, light housekeeping, and ensuring a safe living space.
- Follow HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Prior experience in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health care is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medication administration, hospice care, and medical records management is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized dementia or Alzheimer’s care is advantageous.
- Knowledge of medical procedures such as catheter care, vital signs monitoring, CPR certification, and use of mobility aids like Hoyer lifts is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication skills with clients’ families and healthcare teams.
