Summary Prepares yard sheets, schedules, tracks, plans and coordinates the timely shipping of all finished homes from the production facility, dispatches homes when they are ready for shipping when necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Invoice homes and send Certificate of Origin for payment.
- Enters payments received on homes.
- Types Data Plates and Packs for homes.
- Communicates shipping schedules to all affected parties, both internally and externally with our dealer accounts and transport companies.
- Prepares State reports for all homes.
- Answers phone calls when needed and does general filing.
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports for local plant.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
