Working team leader of a specific group of manufacturing, warehousing, shipping/receiving, or service employees on a designated shift with responsibility of the daily operations and job assignments of the team. Assign and check work of team and assist to resolve difficult operating or equipment problems. Monitor equipment and process operation and report on the need for making operational or equipment changes or the need for equipment repair.
Job Responsibilities:
- Must be?able to perform the essential job functions of the?workstations?within the department.?
- Print and close work orders?
- Produce and clear Negative report?
- Work off production plane??
- Follow though work InProgress documentation??
- Follow through on maintenance control log’s?
- Work with material handlers to ensure needed parts are ready for production?
- Monitor employee work performance/behaviour and recommend corrective?actions,?as necessary.??
- Material cycle count/finished product and raw material?
- Communicate changes or other necessary production information to team as required.????
- Ensures equipment and processes continue to perform in an efficient and effective manner.??

- Workstations are set in an indoor warehouse environment with manufacturing/production machinery.
I.e.: lifts, presses, pneumatic machines and tools, CNC machines, and hand tools
- Continuous loud noise- above 70 DB; Hearing protection is required in certain areas.
- Non-Temperature controlled environment: heat or cold depending on season. Work areas are provided with fans to circulate air and hydration station.
