General Position Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities: Operate guillotine, Die cutting & other bindery equipment
- Set-up and operation of equipment
- perform routine equipment maintenance
- Monitor job and cutter for quality throughout the production run,
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
- Candidates must possess and subscribe to high work and business ethics, and be extremely self-motivated.
Required Skills
- Operator with 2-3 years’ experience on guillotine cutter (preferred) or similar platform a plus.
- Related production experience in screen, flexographic and digital print.
- Solid basic math skills
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of integrity and work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
- Must possess superior organizational, problem identification & resolution skills.
- Self-motivated while demonstrate a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.
- Meeting diverse customer needs.
Job Type: Full-time. 40 hour overtime if / when necessary.
Required experience: 1-3 years of cutting experience a plus.
