Parts Manager

Champion Ford is seeking an experienced and driven Parts Manager to lead our parts department and support our growing dealership operations. In this role, you will oversee inventory, manage vendor relationships, support service operations, and ensure the parts department runs efficiently and profitably. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in leading a team and delivering high-quality results.

• Prior experience in an automotive parts department
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control
• Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Train and support parts team members
