Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Facility Maintenance
- Fencing and facilities upkeep
- Complete projects as instructed by manager
Qualifications and Skills
- Welding, carpentry, fence building, plumbing, electric
- Experience with tractors and equipment is preferred
- Run various types of farm equipment
- Communication skills for effective interaction with supervisors and peers
- Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as individually
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Willingness to adapt in a consistently changing work environment
Essential Physical Functions and Working Conditions
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including seasonally hot or cold temperatures and inclement weather.
- Ability to lift, carry, pull, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work 5 or more days per week
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is $800/week paid bi-weekly
- Health, dental and vision insurance provided after 90 days
- Paid time off after 90 days
- No housing is provided
