Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Farmersville, TX. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing necessary repairs. The role also involves ensuring the proper functioning of industrial equipment, maintaining a safe work environment, and collaborating with the team to minimize downtime and optimize operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in equipment maintenance and industrial maintenance
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
- Experience in preventive maintenance and maintenance/repair tasks
- Understanding of safety protocols and ability to maintain a safe working environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
- Technical certifications or vocational training are a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- In-house training is available
Compensation
The pay range for this role is $20-$28, depending on experience. Highly experienced candidates may be considered for higher rates.
