Currently hiring: Evening Janitorial Supervisor/Site Inspector in Jacksonville NC area
Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 5:30 pm - until the last cleaning
Facility type: Office Building/ Medical Cleaning

We are looking for you to…
- Lead an assigned building/area
- Ensure the facility is kept clean and meets expectations at all times
- Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and supervising functions and activities of the department
- Enforce custodial work flow to meet standards and expectations
- Maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements as related to the custodial contract are being satisfied
- Demonstrate and promote company culture, values and management philosophy
- Other duties as assigned
- Must fill in on call outs
Must haves:
- 1 years of supervisory experience in related field
- Experience managing custodial operations
- Proven experience motivating and training staff
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self directed
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritze and achieve effective time management
- Stong service/quality mindset
- Professionalism
- Proven computer skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour

- Night Shift (Preferred)
