Maintenance Technician Job Description:
Responsibilities-
- Handle emergency maintenance requests
- Perform light maintenance duties (changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, unclogging toilets, ect.)
- Perform basic plumbing electrical and carpentry repairs
- Troubleshoot and replace defective supply dispensers
- Troubleshoot issues with cleaning equipment as necessary
- Handle weekly supply inventory and ordering
Required to coordinate with vendors for larger maintenance requests.
Other Functions:
- Attends all required training, in-services, and staff meetings.
- Participates in company initiatives (Ex. New software implementations)
- Strives to maintain a safe working environment for the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, the achievement of safe working practices, and by practicing proper infection control measures while in health centers.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor towards co-workers and professional partners.
- Professionally represents organization as a brand ambassador.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures of organizations.
- Define, develop, and execute a personal growth and professional development plan.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
