About the Role:

We are seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to work on our weekend shift, providing high-quality care to our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including basic nursing tasks, vital sign monitoring, and assisting with activities of daily living

• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of patient care

• Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming residents

• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nurse

• Help residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and ambulation

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania

Rate: $21.00-$23.50/hour PLUS BAYLOR BONUS!
