Champion City Nursing and Rehab - formally known as Corner View is now under NEW ownership and is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our commitment to excellence in patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
Conduct vital signs and patient assessments, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
