Schedule Options:
- Full-Time | 12-hour shifts | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, with weekend rotation
- Part-Time | 12-hour shifts | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care to residents, including ventilator and tracheostomy patients
- Accurately document and verify respiratory care procedures
- Perform clinical assessments and interpret respiratory therapy equipment and test results
- Troubleshoot equipment and resolve respiratory care issues
- Maintain effective communication with medical team and staff
- Educate nursing staff on respiratory protocols and best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and HIPAA policies
Qualifications:
- Licensed/Certified Respiratory Therapist
- Strong clinical skills in airway management, mechanical ventilation, CPR, blood gas collection, etc.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about caring for patients in a collaborative setting
