Regional Director of Sales and Marketing – Wisconsin
Location: Statewide (Based in Wisconsin)
Schedule: Full-Time | Travel Required Across Wisconsin Facilities
Champion Care is seeking a dynamic, driven, and strategic Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to lead sales initiatives and drive census growth across our skilled nursing facilities in Wisconsin. This role reports directly to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and plays a key leadership role in strengthening Champion Care’s market presence and referral partnerships throughout the region.
The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare sales leader who thrives on building relationships, motivating teams, and executing results-driven strategies that translate into admissions growth and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to increase admissions, occupancy, and overall market share.
• Lead, mentor, and support facility-level liaisons and marketing teams to achieve census and revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends, referral data, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and new business channels.
• Partner with the CMO and facility leadership to align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners to strengthen referral pipelines.
• Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and execution of Champion Care’s mission across all Wisconsin facilities.
• Track and report key performance metrics, conversion rates, and referral outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Proven success in healthcare sales and marketing, preferably within skilled nursing or post-acute care.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and data-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin.
