Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking for passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing nursing team in Madisonville, TN. As a CNA you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
This position is PRN or per diem.
Pay Rates:
- $17.50 - $20.00 per hour $19.25 - $22.00 per hour

Job Requirements:
- Current and valid CNA certification in the state of TN
- Previous experience in long term care or healthcare preferred
- Compassion, resident-centered care approach
- Strong observation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to assist residents with mobility
- Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Responsibilities may include:
- Provide direct professional care to residents, including assistant with activities of daily living
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs
- Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators
- Observe residents' physical and emotional condition and report any concerns to supervisors
- Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, including making beds and changing linens
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort
- Document care provided accurately in medical records and charts
- Communicate effectively with residents, facilities and other team members
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needs
