Requirements
Position Snapshot: A Large Format Sales Assistant is commonly expected to manage the assigned territory and all aspects related to maintaining the relationship with our customer. To be successful in this role you will:
- Demonstrate creativity in building new business and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and show concerns for all aspects of the position and accurately check processes and tasks.
- Manage inventory, promotional events, point of sale marketing, pricing, cleaning and organizing spaces, selling and building displays and maintaining all account information in the VIP system.
- Maintain a high level of energy and commitment, using available resources to manage multiple tasks at once without losing focus.
- Manage and maintain company equipment and resources to reduce unnecessary spending and damaged or lost assets.
Requirements and Education:
- Physical: Ability to repetitively lift 20-45 lbs.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. College Degree is preferred.
- 1-2 Years Sales Experience preferred.
- Valid FL Driver’s License
- Reliable automobile transportation
- Maintain automobile driving privileges and insurability.
- Note: As part of the requirement for the job, all positions driving a personal vehicle for work must carry collision and comprehensive coverage at the following minimum coverages. Additionally, Champion Brands must be listed as an “Additional Interested Party” on the policy. Bodily Injury Liability Limit: $100,000 each person/$300,000 each accident. Property Damage Liability Limit: $100,000 each accident.
