Requirements
Position Snapshot:
A Merchandiser is commonly expected to know how to efficiently respond to and resolve customer requests. To be successful in this role you will:
- Offer excellent customer service to our retail accounts by building relationships, gaining product knowledge and assisting the sales team in managing accounts in assigned territory.
- Operate a motor vehicle daily in a safe and lawful manner.
- Maintain store shelves by observing displays of Champion Brands products, tidying store shelves, and providing optimum display of products.
- Maintain inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory, prompting account manager to reorder when levels appear low.
- Assist the account manager with special promotions on products.
Requirements and Education:
- Physical: Ability to repetitively lift 20-45 lbs.
- Valid FL Driver’s License
- Reliable automobile transportation
- Maintain automobile driving privileges and insurability.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
This position requires the use of a company vehicle. As a condition of employment and for insurance underwriting, Champion Brands will obtain Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) going back up to 10 years. MVR results are considered confidential and will be used solely for determining insurability and assessing driving-related risk. Candidates whose records meet our risk thresholds may be deemed ineligible for positions involving company vehicle operation.
