Champion Brands is currently seeking a reliable, hardworking 2nd Shift Warehouse Cleaner (Monday- Friday 3:15pm-until) to join our growing organization. In this position, you will perform various warehouse cleaning duties while continuously navigating the warehouse floor when it's in full operation. This employee will be required to maintain appropriate sanitation of equipment at all stations in the warehouse, as well as sweeping and mopping and cleaning any commonly touched areas in the facility. Other job duties may include stacking and moving pallets, and maneuvering pallet jacks and standup forklifts, if certified.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
• Clean warehouse floors by sweeping and using a floor scrubber
• Able to operate scissor lift 
• Gather and empty trash
• Cleaning warehouse dock areas inside/out
• Sanitizing surface areas
• Abide by all company safety regulations
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing cleaning procedures
• Other cleaning duties as needed

WORK STATUS: Full Time

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday  (3:15pm-until)

SALARY: Starting pay $17.00 hr

WORK ENVIROMENT

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is occasionally exposed to environmental conditions with activities occurring both inside and outside. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. 

Requirements

• Proven warehouse experience
• Must be able to stand, walk and bend for an 8 hour shift or more if required. 
• Ability to operate scrubber machine, scissor lift, forklift, and electric pallet jack 
• Team player with organizational skills
• Ability to lift or move heavy products
• High school diploma
• Reliable transportation
