Position Snapshot
A Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse. To be successful in this role you will:
- Be responsible for the daily operations of our warehouse during the first shift.
- Manage inventory, staff, and logistics to achieve our distribution goals
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Follows quality control policies, ensuring team is accurately checking and processing product.
- Manages and maintains company equipment and resources to reduce unnecessary spending
- Lead, train, and manage a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Work effectively with others to meet goals and objectives, developing strong relationships.
- Manage multiple tasks at once without losing focus and with a sense of urgency.
Requirements and Education:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree is preferred.
- 2-3 years of warehouse experience. Management experience preferred.
- Forklift certified.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Word, Outlook)
