RECEPTIONIST - FULL TIME
Champion Automotive Group is looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Full-Time Receptionist to join our team in Athens, Alabama. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors or calls our business.

Position Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.
- Assist customers with general inquiries and connect them with the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning documents, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
- Support the sales, service, and accounting departments with various office tasks.
- Help ensure smooth daily operations by providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays as needed.
