Customer Relations Professional – Off-road Recreation
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Team of off-road enthusiasts!

Job Responsibilities
- Learn and utilize our proven process to engage with customers and understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate vehicles and products
- Recommend products based on customer requirements
- Assist with floor and lot set up
- Complete required paperwork and documentation
- Develop understanding of all products offered
- Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
- Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
- Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification

- Strong customer service skills

Education and/or Experience
Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
