What are the responsibilities and job description for the Archery Coach Assistant (Part-Time / Full-Time) position at Champion Archery & Shooting Club?
We are looking for a passionate Archery Assistant Coach to join our team! The assistant coach will support the head coach in daily training, help students (especially youth and beginners) develop their archery skills, and maintain a safe and encouraging training environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in teaching archery classes and guiding students with basic techniques and safety rules
- Support training sessions, practices, and club events
- Ensure equipment and range safety at all times
- Create a positive, motivating, and safe learning environment for students
Qualifications:
- Basic archery knowledge/experience required
- Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
- Open to all genders; students or individuals interested in sports instruction are welcome
- USA Archery certification preferred (but not required)
