Champion Home Services is seeking an experienced and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or light commercial heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety and quality, and a passion for helping customers stay comfortable year-round. This is a high-earning opportunity with uncapped commissions and total compensation ranging from $85,000 to $130,000 per year. Sales Skills - Consultative selling approach: Focus on solving customer problems, not just pushing products. - Upselling and cross-selling: Indoor air quality products, maintenance plans, smart thermostats. - Presentation skills: Ability to explain benefits clearly and visually (using brochures, tablets, or software). - Negotiation skills: Handle objections and close deals effectively. - CRM proficiency: Track leads, follow-ups, and customer history.
