As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician: · Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. · Troubleshoot complex issues involving controls, compressors, and electrical components. · Communicate clearly with clients about system performance and recommended solutions. · Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients on-site. · Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes. · Maintain accurate service logs and use company software for reporting. · Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service calls. · Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicle in excellent condition. What You Bring: · EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) – Required · 3 years of commercial HVAC experience (Installation or Service) · Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and schematics · Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills · Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in rooftops, mechanical rooms, and outdoor environments · Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record · Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergency shifts · Bonus: NATE certification, experience with building automation systems (BAS), or VRF/VRV systems
