Champion Home Services is looking for skilled Electrical Safety Advisor to join our elite team! If you’re a hardworking professional who takes pride in top-quality work, we want you. What you will do: - Full Project Ownership: From the moment of sale, ensure all job details are documented, including signed estimates, payment confirmation, and thorough job descriptions. - Sales Execution & Same-Day Service: Reinforce and follow through on our same-day install/payment policy. Begin any feasible work immediately at the point of sale (e.g., GFI, surge protectors, smoke detectors). - Coordination & Communication: Alert dispatch, managers, and permitting departments after closing the sale. Handle permitting paperwork and coordinate with utility companies for any required disconnects. - Material Management: Compile a complete material list for each job and order necessary supplies (excluding truck stock). Coordinate with runners or handle pickups personally. - Installer Collaboration: Walk the installer and homeowner through the job on installation day to ensure full understanding and prevent miscommunication. - Quality Control & Callbacks: You are accountable for any issues arising from the original job layout or sale. Maintain quality and accuracy to avoid rework. - Performance Expectations: Support two or more install trucks, producing double the revenue of a standard technician. You should be generating $80K–$150K in monthly sales. Jobs under $1,000 are completed directly by the Safety Advisor.
