Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and quality-driven Pediatric Dentist to join our growing Reno- Lakeside practice. This position offers the opportunity to practice with clinical autonomy, develop strong relationships with patients and families, collaborate with an experienced dental team, and grow professionally within an established dental organization. Future partnership opportunities may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care from infancy through adolescence.
  • Perform examinations, preventive care, restorative dentistry, extractions, and other appropriate pediatric procedures.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs.
  • Establish positive, trusting relationships with children and their parents.
  • Provide age-appropriate explanations and behavior guidance to help children feel comfortable.
  • Communicate treatment recommendations clearly with parents and guardians.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical quality, safety, ethics, and patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, front-office staff, and other providers.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment plans using CareStack.
  • Utilize modern dental technology and evidence-based treatment techniques.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development.
  • Uphold the practice's core values and contribute to a positive team culture.


Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Certificate/residency training in Pediatric Dentistry.
  • Current Nevada dental license or eligibility for Nevada licensure.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate professional credentials.
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and comfortable working with children of varying ages and needs.
  • Strong commitment to quality and evidence-based pediatric dentistry.
  • New graduates and experienced pediatric dentists may be considered


Salary : $250,000 - $300,000
