The Champagne Metals Career Development Program is a structured 1–3 year rotational program designed to accelerate your transition from student to industry professional.

This is not a typical entry-level role. It’s a hands-on, immersive experience that gives you exposure to every major part of our business—from operations and supply chain to inside/outside sales and analytics—so you can discover where you thrive and build a strong foundation for a long-term career.

By the end of the program, you won’t just understand our business—you’ll be ready to take ownership of a role that aligns with your strengths and career goals.

What You’ll Do

• Rotate through key departments including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inside/Outside Sales, and Quality

• Gain hands-on experience in plant and warehouse environments

• Work on real business challenges—analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and presenting recommendations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that impact the business

• Build relationships with leaders, mentors, and peers across the company
