ABOUT THE POSITION
(In-Office • Part-Time/Contract • Potential to Grow into Full-Time)
We are seeking a contract Interior Designer/Interior Drafter with a strong interior design or architecture background who excels in both the technical and creative sides of luxury residential and boutique commercial design. The ideal candidate understands construction-level detailing, high-end materials, and how to translate design concepts into refined technical drawings and visualizations. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role where you’ll have the opportunity to learn, contribute to many aspects of the business, and be part of an exciting, expanding team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design or architectural interiors
- Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
- Ability to produce detailed:
- Millwork & cabinetry drawings
- Tile layouts and transitions
- Interior elevations
- Lighting plans (RCPs)
- Finish diagrams
- Understanding of luxury materials, stone, tile, and finish transitions
- Creative skill set:
- Photoshop (required or strongly preferred)
- SketchUp for 3D modeling and conceptual renderings (highly preferred)
- Experience with rendering workflows is a major plus

ROLE RESPONSIBILITES
Assist in design development for new construction and renovation projects
- Draft accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings
- Create conceptual 3D models and visualizations (SketchUp preferred)
- Assist with Photoshop-based presentations, boards, and render refinements
- Support with material sourcing, specifications, and schedules
- Work in-office with flexible contract/part-time hours to start
- Opportunity for full-time role based on performance and studio needs
