What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Attendant (Days and Nights) position at Chamonix Casino Resort?
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by serving as the primary face of the hotel, managing guest arrivals, valet parking, and luggage assistance.
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries about amenities/attractions, and handle requests professionally.
- Valet Parking: Safely park and retrieve automatic and manual vehicles while keeping keys and tickets organized.
- Bell Services: Escort guests to rooms, handle luggage with care, and manage organized baggage storage.
- Operations Support: Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security teams while maintaining clean service areas.
- Compliance: Uphold strict hotel protocols regarding guest privacy, safety, grooming, and gaming license standards.
- Experience: 1 years of hospitality or related customer service experience required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Driving Skills: Valid driver's license with the proven ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including routine evenings, weekends, and holidays.
