What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant/Legal Assistant position at Chamlin Uliano & Walsh Law Office?
This is not a typical administrative role.
We are looking for a highly organized legal assistant who wants to grow into a true right-hand position supporting the managing partner of a busy law firm. This role is designed to expand over time and can evolve into a Director of Operations or Chief of Staff–type role for the right person.
If you are proactive, calm under pressure, and take pride in being the person who makes everything run better, keep reading.
What This Role Is Really About
This position exists to:
- Protect the managing partner’s calendar, inbox, and priorities

Within 90 Days
- Actively manage and protect the managing partner’s calendar
- Draft emails and communications in the managing partner’s voice
- Anticipate priorities and prevent avoidable interruptions

Work Environment
This is a controlled-chaos law firm environment.

You will succeed here if you:

- Are confident enough to push back respectfully when appropriate
This role is not a fit for:

- Naturally proactive and resourceful
Prior experience as a legal assistant is strongly preferred. This role is intended to grow.

- Senior leadership role overseeing systems and execution
We are looking for someone interested in a long-term professional home, not a short stop.
Compensation

To be considered, please submit:
