- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to provide prompt technical support.
- Diagnose and repair faults to minimize disruptions for users.
- Resolve network challenges and ensure reliable connectivity.
- Install and configure technology systems to optimize user experience.

- Physical Requirements
This position may involve light physical activity in both indoor and outdoor settings. Successful candidates should be comfortable alternating between standing and sitting, as well as navigating stairs and sloped walkways. They should also be comfortable lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds. Strong motor skills and clear, effective communication are essential.
- Other Requirements
- This is a part-time, non-exempt employment position. Successful candidates may work up to 19 hours per week; however, employment is on an as-needed basis. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to a varied schedule are essential.
