We're partnering with a growth-stage DTC beauty company on their search for a Paid Media Manager to lead paid media across their portfolio of brands. This role reports to the Growth Director and owns day-to-day execution across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. In-office in Los Angeles.
About the Role
You'll own paid media strategy and execution across a portfolio of DTC beauty brands with no agency layer. Meta and TikTok are your primary arena, with Google Ads as a secondary focus. You'll lead TikTok Shop and creator commerce strategies, own creative briefs and feedback loops with the internal creative team, and partner with the influencer team on whitelisting and boosting strategies.
What You'll Do
- Own Meta and TikTok Ads media buying end-to-end: strategy, audience architecture, bidding, creative testing, campaign structure
- Manage Google Ads as a secondary channel including search and shopping campaigns
- Lead TikTok Shop and creator commerce strategies
- Develop insight-led creative briefs and build structured feedback loops between paid performance data and creative output
- Drive whitelisting and boosting with the influencer team
- Own budget forecasting and reporting across all channels
- Manage a multi-million dollar annual paid media budget with a daily focus on CPA and ROAS
What We're Looking For
- 5 years paid media experience with strong track record on Meta and TikTok Ads for a DTC or beauty brand
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads (you build and troubleshoot yourself, no agency reliance)
- Working knowledge of Google Ads including search and shopping
- Deep understanding of the beauty consumer and how she discovers and buys
- Proven ability to build media budgets and hold CPA and ROAS at scale
- Strong analytical, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Preferred: beauty/skincare/haircare/wellness category experience, TikTok Shop and creator commerce, influencer whitelisting, multi-brand portfolio work, Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification
Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
