Our client is looking for a marketing leader who can drive brand evolution and revenue growth through partnerships, customer engagement, and multi-channel demand generation. You'll step into a company in transition - managing brand refresh, navigating M&A integrations, and building scalable marketing programs that tie directly to the bottom line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Own brand guideline updates and enterprise-wide adoption reflecting the company's vision as a SaaS/HRIS/EMS market leader
- Lead development and optimization of organic social, email, and partnership/affiliate channels for customer acquisition, activation, and retention
- Architect full-funnel marketing programs from brand awareness to retention and upsell
- Serve as brand steward for merger/acquisition integration, managing brand transitions and messaging
- Manage partner/affiliate onboarding and activation, developing campaigns that drive measurable opportunity creation
- Collaborate with content team to translate business objectives into actionable briefs
- Oversee key marketing KPIs: engagement, conversion, account expansion, churn, and revenue
- Manage creative resources including in-house team members, fractional resources, and agencies
- Drive operational excellence, aligning marketing with sales, product, and customer success
Required Experience:
- 7 years progressive marketing leadership in membership-based B2B SaaS or technology sectors
- Proven success executing multi-channel marketing strategies and owning key KPI metrics (pipeline, revenue, retention)
- Deep fluency in orchestrating organic social, email, partnership, and affiliate programs at scale
- Strong collaboration experience with content and creative teams to achieve measurable impact
- Demonstrated ability to lead through data, optimize budgets, and report performance transparently
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional alignment skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and pivoting frequently in a transitional environment
Preferred:
- Experience in high-velocity, PE-backed, or growth-stage SaaS organizations
- Familiarity with HR, compliance, or workforce management industries
- Success in membership-based marketing and partner-driven growth models
- Strong understanding of marketing technology, automation, and CRM systems
Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
