Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm, creating a positive, engaging, and community-driven atmosphere from the moment they enter the club.
- Accurately operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for memberships, retail sales, lesson bookings, and other transactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone by answering questions, resolving concerns, and assisting with scheduling or club inquiries.
- Support day-to-day club operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and professional environment for all members and guests.
- Monitor and uphold club policies, safety standards, and operational procedures during daily activities.
- Assist with promoting club programs, events, clinics, and memberships to help grow community engagement.
- Build strong relationships with members by fostering a welcoming and inclusive club culture.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently explain programs, products, and services while addressing customer questions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Professional phone etiquette and the ability to provide high-quality customer support remotely.
