We are looking for friendly, positive, and motivated individuals to join our crew on WEEKENDS and 3RD SHIFT.
In this role, you will work as a team with your fellow workers to prepare food and interact with customers in a way that ensures speed and satisfaction.
Job Expectations
- WE ARE ONLY HIRING FOR NIGHT/3RD SHIFT POSITIONS, AND NEED PEOPLE WITH WEEKEND AVAILABILITY!!
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Operate POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately
- Be the helpful and friendly face that creates a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our customers coming back
- Help keep a standard of cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively to keep up customers satiafaction and maintain the store's workload
- Willingness to learn and work closely with your fellow team
- Quick, respectful, and effective communication between fellow team members/management
- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
Experience
- Previous experience in food service industries such as quick service restaurants, cafés, or retail grocery stores is
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to have patience and hold composure when facing difficult interactions
- Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and retail math calculations
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention proper sanitation/food safety protocols
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food industry standards including proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and serving protocols
- THESE SKILLS ARE PREFERRED BUT NO REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION!!! YOU WILL BE TRAINED ON THE JOB!
