Job Overview
The Client Care Representative plays a key role in delivering outstanding service and support to both landlords and tenants. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, providing prompt, professional communication while ensuring client needs are handled with accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide clients with inspection report and synopsis at each move-in and move-out.
· Deliver annual inspection write-ups to clients.
· Respond to client and tenant inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing guidance as needed.
· Liaise between clients, tenants and other departments to create seamless client and tenant relations experience.
· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with clients and tenants.
· Participate in team meetings and communicate with team in coordinated services to clients.
· Represent the Company as a brand ambassador, promoting the company in a positive way and in setting tone right away for excellence in customer service response time.
· Complete security deposit disposition with client and tenant, updating both parties and company data.
· Work collaboratively with the Repairs department to ensure maintenance and repairs at properties are completed effectively and in a timely manner.
· Perform new client walk throughs for new accounts in the portfolio to which employee is assigned.
· Create trust equity through relationship building with clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of experience in property management, real estate, project management, customer service, or related role.
· Clear, professional, and warm communicator who navigates unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
· Able to navigate difficult conversations with confidence and a solutions-oriented approach.
· Strong sense of accountability and integrity.
· Collaborates effectively with colleagues across departments with a willingness to assist others as needed to meet shared objectives.
· Proficiency in using technology and cloud-based applications for data tracking and storage.
· Effective at managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and prioritizing effectively.
· Basic knowledge of maintenance and property upkeep.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field or related field.
· Real estate license or property management certification.
Ideal Candidate:
You are highly organized and knowledgeable in property management practices and processes. You have strong communication skills, along with a genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You are dependable, detail-oriented and work well in a highly autonomous role where you’ll spend much of your day talking on the phone or emailing owners, tenants, vendors, and team members. Work Expectations:
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week with a hybrid office/home schedule after the initial onboarding period. Employees must devote their full attention to the role and may not engage in any conflicting business activities without prior written approval from the President of the Company.
