What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Sales Representative position at Chambers Hospice?
*Pay will be based on experience.*
- Minimum of two (2) years’ sales experience in a hospice setting, preferred.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
- Educate the public regarding the Hospice program benefits and criteria.
- Establish, develop, and maintain new accounts for growth and development.
- Receive referrals and coordinate with central intake to process referrals through to initial evaluation.
- Function as a liaison and coordinator for all accounts.
- Coordinate and facilitate referrals and admissions to contracted providers for respite and/or general inpatient care
- Perform informational visits and assist in completion of patient consents with all direct referral accounts.
