We're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman who can lead from the field, communicate effectively, and take ownership of the work. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to keep a crew moving, solve problems, ask the right questions, and deliver quality work safely and efficiently.
- What You'll DoLead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, materials, and project priorities.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to project schedules.
- Identify potential challenges and communicate issues before they become larger problems.
- Work closely with project managers, superintendents, general contractors, and other partners.
- Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety and quality standards.
- Mentor and develop electricians and apprentices on your team.
- Help create a positive, accountable, and productive jobsite culture.

- Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician.
- Strong commercial electrical experience.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage field activities.
- Journeyman license or card preferred.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.
