Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The pay range for this position is $85,500.00 - $139,350.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.

This role is accountable for the administration of policies and procedures, general client customer service, HR administration and process improvement support.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform HR responsibilities within assigned client group including but not limited to day-to-day HR employee relations, assisting with performance management, compensation/benefits, coaching, employee engagement, employee development, cultural change and partner with HR centers of excellence to ensure HR business partnership.
- Work with functional leaders to manage talent acquisition activities including talent upgrade efforts, as necessary, and advises on market compensation requirements. Coordinates recruiting efforts from job scoping activity through the offer phase.
- Support the performance management cycle, advising and coaching in areas of goal setting, mid-year feedback, annual performance review and the compensation planning process.
- Provide guidance and support on day-to-day employee relations issues; conduct employee investigations and escalate complex issues and investigations to HRBP.
- Design presentations and facilitate training to client groups; provide technical expertise and analytical support
- Work with COE’s and payroll, as necessary, in management of employee life cycle processes and transactions; guide the escalation and resolution of HR questions, issues and requests to the appropriate channels
- Improve strategic business initiatives, such as retention initiatives, workforce management and resource planning, by analyzing, interpreting and reporting data
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
- Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, majority of which spent in Generalist role
- 1-3 years' experience in employee relations managing complex and sensitive cases
- Master’s degree in HR related discipline waives other experience requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Federal, multi-state, and local employment laws/regulations and an understanding of application to HR practices, policies, and programs; ability to work in a matrix environment; ability to partner with and support people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to diagnose and analyze problems and drive appropriate solutions
- Preferred: Consulting experience
