Under supervision, this position is responsible for coordinating, organizing, directing, and distributing the workflow of the unit; ensuring quality control and cost effectiveness on assigned projects; and assisting the unit on all aspects of number assignments, which involve interpretation of Regular Business guidelines. You Will Be Accountable For
- Plan and distribute work assignments to obtain optimum utilization of employees’ time and skills.
- Generate reports to assist the team with managing daily inventory and turnaround standards.
- Review completed work for accuracy.
- Develop and maintain expertise in, and perform duties related to, selected areas of departmental operation.
- Perform the work of the unit during peak periods.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Customer service experience.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and research skills.
- PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
